Bought two of these. Online photos looked good.
Goods arrived. Wiring colours great/correct, PVC fitted correct, braiding terrific. Product should be perfect, however, the gauge of the wires/insulation of the product is too thick and not correct for the application. The correct and original Lucas wiper motor wires are of a smaller gauge.
Unfortunately this product is a
"close but no cigar" job so I am a little disappointed. Every other product I have purchased from your organisation I have been more than happy with.
These items need the correct smaller gauge wire/insulation to be the real deal and I think the product was slightly misrepresented.
Being so far away the postage costs make it uneconomical to return the goods.
I appreciate the opportunity to offer this feedback and being given the chance to do so by you indicates to me that your organisation is one that wants to offer your clients the best possible service and products which I applaud.
