This harness has extra wires. Josh says that's the way they've been making them for years and to just ignore the extra wires. Obviously, this harness is for a three-switch top cover. I have a two-switch top cover. I believe they make the same harness for the A-type as they do for the J-type. It's confusing and unfortunate. Quality of workmanship is very good but design is wrong.
