Grommets are rubber as opposed to PVC so they are significantly more easy to install over wiring harness connectors. The pack includes grommets with several size inside diameters so you can size the grommets to the size of the wiring harness. The outside diameter overlap is greater than other industry standard so the grommets fit very securely.
