This bullet is designed to function as both a crimping and soldering bullet. Designed for crimping both PVC and Braided 28 strand wires. It is also the bullet used when soldering is preferred. This bullet may be used to solder 9, 14 and 28 strand PVC and Braided Wire. Can not be used for 44 strand Wire.

If Crimping is preferred, bullets must be crimped using a AST1 style or similar crimping tool.

I've only ordered wire,connectors, and bullets. I have an old bike and wanted to keep it as period correct as possible. I was able to do that with theses components. The bullets crimp on nice and tight, providing the correct wire/bullet size is used. I did crimp on a smaller wire by folding over the copper strands onto itself,essentially doubling up the amount of strands. This worked out as well.
